Reliable 32 GB microSDHC Class 10 Card?

Hello all,

First-Timer here. I just entered the smartphone world a week ago. So I'm way behind on everything: technology, lingo & abbreviations. I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket) and I plan on using it a lot for 1080p video and camera shots. I'm wanting to purchase a 32 GB MisroSD Class 10 Card. I've read some posts here on this forum about these cards and have checked them out online. Seems every time I look at the reviews of these cards people are saying they are failing after 3 or 4 months or are having a lot of troubles getting thier phone to see them.

What brand should I buy that everyone knows is reliable and trouble free? Or is that even possible? I've read that class 4 can be jumpy on video, so I know I want between a 6 or a 10 class. Any advice and direct links would be greatly appreciated. On the advice, please dumb it down for a Newbie :o, LOL.

I've been researching various sizes & classes of micro cards for quite a few weeks now, and there seems to be no easy answer as far as reliability goes, for any brand. El Presidente is correct, stick with a reputable retailer (I prefer Newegg).

As for class 6-10 and playing 1080p video, I would follow the standard tech rule: get the best you can afford. Class 10 obviously is going to cost you, but the speed it offers will be your new best friend. Good Luck, let us know what you chose!

I think i am just going to order a Sandisk 32gig class 6. A class 6 is more than capable for my razr. A class 10 in my opinion is overkill. Not to mention the price difference.

I bought a Samsung branded 32 gig, class 10, for about $55 off of Ebay. I figured I'd get the highest speed sd mainly because I load files from my PC and wanted the fastest transfer speed possible. No problems so far.

And it will probably work great with the next generation of tech. I have this thing about buying the best, fastest, or whatever, item I can possibly afford.

I hate obsolescence!!
