Remembers Important Info?

Just got my Mega. Switched from a Note 2.
It appears like my Mega remembers important info I don't want it to. How can I check and change that if necessary?

I could have sworn I started to type my old credit card number and it remembered it.

When you enter passwords and forms etc an option comes up and asks
you if you want the phone to remember it for future references.

Do you not see this option ?

You have 3 options to choose from...

Never - Not Now - Yes or Always (I forget)

I always say Not Now for minor stuff and Never for important stuff and never yes to anything.
