Reminder (location aware) app?

I still have an iPhone 4, but seriously thinking of going to Android, on a Sensation XE or S2.

I've just upgraded to iOS5, and like a few things. The new reminders app allows you to set up a reminder e.g. "get flowers for wife" and be reminded "when I leave work" this then pops up reminder when you leave or arrive at a specific place.

Does Android have any apps like this and work?

There are lot of Android apps for reminding associated with GPS places.

Search in Google Market with "reminder gps"
