Remote acces phone

Hi there.
Can anyone help me find an app that allows me to remote acces a phone. Just like teamviewer does it to a pc?

My mother in law just bought a galaxy, and she needs a lot of help, so it would be so easy if i could show her how to, without having to visit her every time...
