Remote desktop for Android systems

Is there an equivalent of 'Remote Desktop for Windows" for Android systems? I want to operate Samsung Galaxy S4 from Xoom Tablet over bluetooth connection. For example, I would like to execute "youtube or Google Earth" on the S4 phone and would like to view them on the Xoom Tablet screen.

I have the same requirement when I travel. I don't have internet connection for Xoom and I would like to use my S4 remotely from Xoom as bigger screen.

I have seen applications that will work via WiFi; however, none that work via Bluetooth or NFC.
