remote :image update error

HTC desire hd (ace), Model -A9191, unlocked , rooted,S-on , cwm recovery installed.
flashed CM9 rom, followed this guide! I tried to temporary install ra vigor recovery but it didn't accept!

Used main version tool and old firmware patch!
The phone didn't boot. I tried to fastboot flash boot boot.img (boot.img taken from the rom.zip) and it showed ( remote: image update error)! Pls help me! I am feeling worried too much! I cannot also restore the stock rom!
