Remote Streaming from ReadyNAS Duo

Hi everyone,
Second thread and probably a bit less straightforward:

I've got a readyNAS duo setup at home for backing up all of my media etc. Its DLNA (uPnP) compliant so in theory should be fine for streaming my media.

Through a mate I've become aware of both EStrongs (which I can view the files on the NAS over my WLAN) and Andromote which can be used to stream content to the phone on my WLAN.

However, I'd like this capability from a remote location. Not necessarily over 3g but where I work we have a stunning internet connection. I'm hoping that there's a way to get my content to stream from my home network to my phone?

(Orb won't work on this version of the Netgear NAS).

Can't wait to see if this is possible :p

Hi,
I enabled musicbrowser which I downloaded from the NAS community add ons.you also need to install PHP add-on by the same author.

The musicbrowser add on works very well on wireless,LAN and 3g networks. You will also need to have a static ip so

Http://yourserverip/musicbrowser. Works in http as a web page.

I'm still trying to find a solution to stream film over the net...but the duo lacks power.

Any probs let me know
