Removal of Touchpal

Touchpal has built in itself and even re-setting doesn't affect it.

Touchpal doesn't allow start re-start of android.

Not knowing just what phone model you have, nor which Android version it's running is a hindrance, so this is just a generic suggestion -- press and hold down the Power button until it forces it to shutdown, then restart your phone into its Safe Mode and see if you can work around whatever is wrong with that keyboard app you installed.

Did it root your phone? If so, you need to re-flash with the original manufacturer firmware?

Touchpal rooted to system. Please let me know how to re-flash it!

Phone has Android 6.0 now after it was re-set
