Remove an APP?

hi, i have a free APP called Lookout antivirus that i cannot remove from my SGS11, in the market app i deleted it, but it still keeps popping up, in menu/settings/applications/manage it is still there and i have tried force stop/clear cache click uninstall, and it says unsuccessful every time.
Is there a way to remove it?
I have tried removing battery, so is it a factory reset to get rid of it.
