I have a rogue calendar on my phone that was created when I was testing Exchange access for a customer. Their account isn't on my handset anymore, but the calendar is still there and I can't see to remove it.
I think you might have to remove and re-add your exchange account. I had to do that when I tried removing my Exchange Contacts last year. You can uncheck all you want but without removing the account and re-adding it, you will be stuck with the calendar.
