Hey just wanted to let people know that the camera CAN be removed from the lock screen by using an app called 'Lockscreen Policy'. It works perfectly on my Maxx HD.
well almost perfectly here. While the camera does not work, the primary point of the app, the icon for the camera itself it still there. In the end though this should work for most, so great find..........
