What you got there is a live wallpaper. They are designed to move. There will be a bit of a drain on your battery over a static wallpaper image, but no that much. If it bothers you, long press any empty area of your home screen, select wallpapers and change it to a still image.

BTW, If you downloaded a wallpaper app or a theme, that's probably why it changed to a default live wallpaper.

I was beginning to think my phone was possessed! Lol! I did download a barcode scanner so I still have no idea how my wallpaper was changed.

Crazy Android.. Haha.. Nexus has always been my wallpaper of choice on so many devices now. I find the moving coloured lines to be relaxing.

I delete them. Phone is rooted, and TB takes care of it. I want my own photography as it reminds me of a particular day and time.
