Help Remove root so Software Update will work again?

When I got my phone, I only rooted it so I could restore all my apps and data using Titanium Backup (Google and Samsung's backup systems, when used together, are rubbish in comparison).

Now that I've accomplished the restoration, how can I remove root access so I can access Samsung's Software Update again?

AFAIK you can't. You have to reflash unrooted firmware because it will detect that you have modified the software, even after unrooting. Which also means you'll have to try and restore again.

What exactly is the problem with the nonrooted backup? I used Samsung SmartSwitch and Helium, and even app data transferred over.

Samsung Cloud allegedly works like iCloud backup where everything can be restored. Haven't tried it though.
