is there a app that i can use to remove or stop bloat ware that does not involve rooting? I would rather not try rooting in fear of messing up but i would like to stop the bloatware if possible

No only way to remove bloat ware is to be rooted. Rooting really isn't that had and pretty much impossible to mess to your phone by just rooting. But things you do once rooted if you don't do research or ask if you don't know can turn bad and mess up your phone. But the actual rooting is hard to mess up and pretty easy
