How to remove undeletable bookmarks?

Open settings. Go to app. Find the browser and select clear data. WARNING!! This will WIPE all app data.
If you are referring to bookmarks that come with the browser, it is possible that they may not be able to be removed. Free versions of apps use this to make money on advertising. That helps the developer keep them free to the public. If there is a PAID version of that browser, check with the app developer and see if the bookmarks can be removed on the Paid version.
