My actual on internet time for the month may be 8gb worth. It shows in total I've used 17.87 gb.

Apps has 80 some apps
According to lookout I have 218

Sounds like this "Lookout", whatever that is, is system counting apps and processes as well. Is Lookout some sort of security or antivirus app from China?

Sorry it took me so long. I've been struggling with connectivity. I worked with ZTE rep. Toll free & located in Texas! Lookout is the antivirus attached to Google Play apps. We detected some jicky things attached & disabled/force stopped. It's back today. I will be ditching Boost Mobile tomorrow. Lesson learned. AT&T or Verizon period.
