Messing around with my Account now that it's fixed.
HUH? I don't recall removing anything. Don't I kind of NEED those, especially OTA?

Nope, you don't need any of that.
I assume that you are coming from a multimedia phone, huh?
With a smartphone, they require the $29.99 data plan which includes all of that stuff (minus the insurance which you seem to still have).
The only thing you won't have is VZ Nav, which isn't needed because the phone has it's own GPS service. A better one, in fact.
OTA updates are free and included in in your data package, as well.
To keep my explanation relatively simple, it's merely semantics. Dumbphone data isn't compatible with smartphone plans, so some changes are made. You still have the same functionality with a different name.Messing around with my Account now that it's fixed.

they only droped 1 and that was 2 months after the phone launched
