Removed Maas360, but still have to log in to use phone

I was told I had to "register" my phone to company's wireless. I followed the steps. They had me install this Maas360 crap.

Now I get locked out of my phone all the time.

I removed Maas360, but still get locked out all the time. I pick up my phone and see this keyboard to login.

I want my phone back the way it was. What can I do?

Check the VPN and Proxy settings. There shouldn't be any (or they should say None).
