Removing a screen protector

I've seen many posts about screen protectors, but I haven't been able to find any info on removing them. I'm planning on getting the ArmorSuit Military Shield:
Amazon.com: ArmorSuit MilitaryShield Samsung Galaxy S3 Screen Protector Shield and Lifetime Replacements AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular: Cell Phones & Accessories

But I've never used a "wet" apply screen shield and I wanted to know if there is any chance of stickiness or gunk staying on the screen if I remove the protector?

Also is it very easy to get into the correct position? I suck with screen protectors, especially ones that involve a specific shape.

Hey thanks for the response and the video. I was mostly wondering whether there will be any residue should I choose to remove the cover in few months or year or whenever.

Just clean with a screen cleaning solution and microfiber cloth after removing. Will never be able to tell it was on there (other than a flawless screen). Peel slowly is my advice.
