Removing Apps completely?

Hey everyone!
Sooooo i uninstalled a few apps due to not using them. i thought they was completely removed until i hooked my phone up to my computer and realized that when i go through it on my PC some of these apps are still on it. i have an Optimus... i have tried to delete them from my computer, but i cant delete them and trying to look them up on my phone and cant find them. Can someone help me out here please.

The apps left files on your sd card...you shouldnt have any trouble deleting them either with the phone plugged into the computer or a file manager like astro

Yep. Don't worry, Android completely removes apps when you uninstall them, unlike Windows. Most apps will leave their folder on the sd card in case you want to reinstall it. No problem to delete them if you dont want to see them.
