Removing frp from htc desire 626

Im stuck in bfe with a locked phone with no SIM. Ive gotten pretty far with Talk Back, but i cant download as file explorer. Ive no clue what direction to go in now. Please help...
 
Sorry, but what is "bfe"? Your title talks about FRP but if you were caught by that you'd not be able to log in never mind download anything. So can you start again and explain what your problem is and what you have tried?

The Desire 626 was released in 2015 with Android 4.4 (Kitkat) so it's unlikely you have FRP. What version of Android are you running now?

Maybe if you explain what happened immediately before the phone was locked. Are you the original owner? Did you just buy it? Did it ever work properly? We'll need a little more information.
