Removing part of a Live Wallpaper?

Hey! Im kinda new, but familiar enough to kinda know what im doing. Any help on this matter would be awesome. I recently downloaded a live wallpaper from the market (the droid x eye), but i dont like the whole part with the word "droid" in the beginning. I extracted the .apk, and found that it was set up pretty similar to an extracted boot animation, with the parts of the animation broken into part0 and part1 folders. Part0 contains the part with the word "droid" at the beginning of the animation. I was wondering if there was any way to remove this part of the wallpaper. And, if so, when im done, how do i get it back into a .apk? If it helps: Im running a custom live wallpapers update on a rooted droid eris. Thanks.
