reorganizing interal prosses

my phone says reorganizing internal processes please try again when i try to make a call and i tried to call my phone and it goes to voicemail
 
Welcome to the guest forums!

I would say it is time for a reboot and even a battery pull.
If those don't help, consider a format of your phone.
