Hi all. I've been repairing and selling many different "broken" phones I buy from people I know or online. It's a lot of fun solving issues created by careless owners ![Wink ;) ;)](/styles/smilies/google/wink.png)
I currently declare the income to HMRC and they add the tax I would pay on top of my normal PAYE job and that works fine, however I want to reduce my expenses doing this. Could I register as a sole trader or limited business to avoid this tax? As convenient as it is being able to easily calculate how much I'm going to pay on my profit (see this wage calculator). Would I still be able to use this if I, for example, registered as a sole trader and continued doing what I do under that?
Cheers!![Smile :) :)](/styles/smilies/google/smilie.png)
