Repeating Image Wallpaper?

Wondering if there is any way to make a wallpaper which just has the same image on each homescreen... (cut due to edit)

EDIT: Disregard question. Figured out that my launcher (Launcher Pro) has a setting to make wallpaper non-scrolling. Thanks.
