repeating yearly events

Hope this is the proper forum. Can't find the answer in Google or SEARCH here.
Motorola Atrix.
I'm trying to schedule annual events that occur on a specific day - not a specific date. Or example, every 3rd Wednesday in October. In the calendar repeat options, I can find "Yearly every October 19" but no "3rd Wednesday." How do I schedule this type of event to repeat?

This should be handled in Android 4.0 SDK Calendar API.

Thanks but I have no idea what that means. Is that an app? Upgrade?

Yes it is a OS upgrade. Like ppl say you are 2.1 Eclair, 2.2 Froyo, 2.3 GingerBread, 3.0 Honeycomb and now 4.0 Ice-cream Sandwich.
