My HTC One has a non-functioning phone app, so I can't make or receive calls. I've done full factory resets etc. and the problem just returns and I simply don't have the knowledge or time to resolve it properly.
I have Skype but also need a standard phone that doesn't use data and have looked into alternative dialers and phone apps. They all have sexy interfaces that end up using the standard phone app to actually make the call. No good for me.
With my limited understanding, I'm hopeful to be able to get hold of a replacement phone app if one exists.
Any help will be gratefully received.
