Help Replace Touchwiz launcher

Hi all. I've just picked up a Galaxy S5 and I'm not really a Touchwiz fan. I'm thinking of a replacement launcher but don't want to bust my new phone. I have a couple of questions that I'm hoping you can help me with.

1. Can I just install and try one and if I uninstall Touchwiz will reappear?

2. Also if I use a custom launcher will I still be able to access all S5 specific features like ultra power save etc?

Thanks.

Yes, if you uninstall a new launcher, TouchWiz will be as you left it.

Just like if you decided to try a browser or something, it's just an app.

The second one is trickier.

If you have home screen widgets that only work with TouchWiz, those will go away.

Generally speaking, you should be fine.

Fwiw, I like the Nova launcher and recommend it highly.

When you use Nova launcher do you still have access to all features like ultra power saver etc?

Cheers.

ETA I did already ask that :) I'm going mad. I'll download for a play ;)

Shame I was hoping to get rid of the Touchwiz settings menus and replace them with something like CM11. I think I'll just stick with it until CM12 is stable enough for general use :)

Cheers.
