Replace Windows Mobile 6.1 with Android

I have an HTC Touch HD that has the dreaded Windows Mobile 6.1 OS.

Is there anyone here that could point me to somewhere I can download or have integrated a reasonably mature Android OS that will replace the Windows one. (I'm happy to lose the interface with Outlook)

Try that website. These guys have developed a good Android OS for WM HTC phones. It seems to be quite stable for most users.
