Replacement MT

So I've had my Triumph for less than a year. It won't turn on and it won't charge. And when it did charge it would never last long. I've been through tons of chargers and batteries and I'm sick of it. I don't even want the same phone anymore. If I replace it can I get a different model of equal or lesser value? Or do I still have to get the same crappy Triumph. I'm sick of all these problems I'm having with it.

If Virgin has a Triumph in their replacement phone inventory, then you are getting a Triumph. You will only get a different phone if they no longer have Triumphs to replace your phone with. At the same time, it never hurts to ask -- particularly if they are running short of replacement Triumphs, they may be willing to send you a different phone.

Thanks. I just sent them an email explaining my complaint. I'll probably have to end up calling though. Triumphs are just not reliable and I can't see the point of replacing an unreliable phone with another. Thanks again!
