Coming from a Blackberry, there was an application in that you could edit text when forwarding or replying to an email.
You choose forward and edit OR reply and edit and you can remove headers, original sender information, body text, etc.
Would love something that is an add in to the email applications that might actually be at the top of the email instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom to chose your choice (forward, reply) like it is in it's current form (which makes sense but not overly efficient or user friendly IMHO).
