Root (Request) Flashable JB lock screen and Flashable ICS AOSP statusbar and settings.

I know I saw a link on here at some point recently that was for AOSP statusbar and settings menu but that it didn't work, if this has been fixed could someone link me to it please. And also a Flashable version of the JB ring lock lock screen if it exists. I'm having issues with holo locker.

Since I don't know what that means I'm going to go ahead and avoid that

But what about the aosp settings? I know a saw a Flashable zip for that somewhere.
