Requesting MS to make Windows Live Messenger for Android

Now that the iPhone also got the official Windows Live Messenger from Microsoft, is there a way to ask MS to also make one for the Android platform?

We know it works because I have the Three (H3G) version on my phone, so it can't be that hard to make one.
