Hello, my Android Samsung S6 has regrettably crashed and when I start the phone I can only see the upstart Android logo for a brief moment. Pressing the recovery mode buttons at start does not seem to do anything either.
Connecting it to Smart Switch it does not recognize the phone, but however seem to enable a factory reset mode wiping the phone clean.
I really do not want to go this path unless I am sure I have tried everything to recover the pictures first, any advice?
