reset in china recovery

I rooted this Amgoo, AM 407 in a while ago,
When I turn this phone on, Amgoo logo shows up in screen forever,
and
go to recovery menu, they are in chinese,
How to clear cache or to do factory reset, and to run this phone?

Looks like whatever the root did has damaged or corrupted the firmware, and it needs to be re-flashed. Clearing cache or factory resetting will not fix it. Problem is I believe Amgoo have ceased trading, their website has gone. There is a ROM for it here, and instructions as well, which reading through the comments I think you might have to do in 32bit Windows because of Amgoo 32bit drivers
