It was kinda working then I couldn't get the 1channel to do anything at all. So I added the velocity channel because I use that one all the time on my tablet and phone and it wouldn't do anything so I thought well if I hit the set back to factory spec it would go back to like I took it out of the box. I didn't know it came programmed already and now I have nothing. Please help....

They're preloaded by the manufacturers or vendors usually. So you would need to contact them about it, like they might send an SD or USB thumb drive out, or sometimes it's downloaded from their web or FTP sites.
You could probably start yourself with Kodi and whatever plug-ins you want, those are easily available online. Don't know what velocity channel is.
