i forgot my password to my phone. when i try to swipe on the screen it ask me to put in my email address and password of which i dont know iether. please help me

You can use your Google account and password to unlock your Android phone, assuming your phone is set up with your Google account. Try to remember any email you've used that ended with "@gmail.com"
