Reset phone, now not getting apps

I don't know if this should be in this category or the one for my phone, so I'll try here first. I got a Samsung Infuse a few days ago and after I first set up my gmail account, I decided I didn't want that address or all the emails from that address to be my main one for my phone, so I tried to delete it, and it said I had to reset my phone to default to do so. So, today I decided I might as well, I could always re download my apps if they get erased. So now I have the right gmail account on there and went to the android market (on my computer, so I don't use too much data on my phone) and installed the old apps through my new gmail account. It said they'd be transferred to my phone shortly, but I haven't gotten them yet. Couple things I'm not sure could have effected not getting them-my phone was close to dead when I installed them, and now is charging through my computer-would either of these be the reason I'm not getting the apps? Or does it have to do with the changing email addresses? How do I get them?

Apps are linked to your gmail account you have the phone set up to use. So if you had the first account set up, then downloaded apps, when you did a reset and set up a different gmail account, those apps aren't associated with that account, so they won't download.

So I can't get em even if I re-download them from the market to the new account? Is the only way to get em is put my old account back on my phone?

Should be able to go into the market, hit the Menu button, select My Apps, and should be able to get them that way. But you should be able to reinstall the same apps you had on the old account onto the new account, you would just have to do it manually by looking for each on in the market and installing them individually.
