Help Reset the Settings/VPN problem

My internet stopped working and I think it is because I deleted the two VPN's that was on the phone in hope to gain reception (Yes dumb, but I was desperate and dumb). Any ideas?

P.S. Running AT&T on the phone. I really need to fix this or reset the settings.. But I cant find the that option.

Does everyone have something under VPN? You go to settings, wireless & networks, and VPN settings. Please tell me if you do

It differs from network to network and what contract you are on with them. I got my settings sent in a MMS so contact your network and they should be able to send you them or tell you over the phone.
There should also be a option called network operators that has a automatic setting that might work.

I've got nothing under my VPN setting and have actually deleted the service from my rooted phone as I have no need for it. It hasn't affected the recption or caused any unwanted network issues.
