Resetting app mobile data usage meters

got an OPPO F1s android 5.1 How do I reset the App mobile data usage meters ? Thanks
Shows mobile data usage for each individual app i.e google messaging etc

I've no knowledge of that phone, but usually the data meters in the Settings are tied to a monthly cycle which you can set from the same place you view them (look for a 3 dots or gear symbol if the setting isn't obvious). Changing that will let you start the counting from wherever.

Third-party data monitoring apps may offer more flexibility or features.

Thanks. I am generally quite ok with phones and have checked out the obvious again..
Its my dads phone which I am unfamilar with. thanks

Look in the Settings menu for a 'Billing cycle' option.
Different phone models have variations but just looking at my phone, in the Settings >> Data Usage menu, and tapping on 'Billing cycle' brings up a window to change the start date of every month. Check one of his monthly carrier bills for the start date and set that in his phone.

Have checked the settings and looked at the manual.
My Nokia Phone doesnt have that facility. GFs Iphone does with a reset statistics function.
This OPPO f1s is defesting me. Must be WAY TO RESET THE MOBILE DATA STATISTICS?

An Oppo phone should have it in settings somewhere, although it might not be called "billing cycle". I've had Oppo phones before, and they definitely do have it.

This is on my Huawei, and is called "Data plan" in the phone's settings.
