Help RESETTING GALAXY TAB E SAM-T377A

HELP!
I inherited a GALAXY SM-T377A ... The previous owners are dead!
I was told that if reset it to factory-settings i'll be able to use it... so I tried...
Now it is asking for an eMail / phone number of the previous owner - which NOBODY KNOWS what they are

Can I still have a way to reset this device? It'll be pity to throw it away..

THANX

NO!
I was hoping somebody here knows how to get to the OS level... and from there, maybe a few commands to reset the device..

THNX

Nope, not that easy unfortunately. Really because FRP is an anti-theft security feature, to try to make stolen phones difficult to fence and sell.

Is there any other proofs of ownership, like packaging, carrier details, etc.

Might still be worth trying Samsung Service Centre though?[/QUOTE]

I have one of the AT&T bills - but AT&T is not willing to help...
And since these people ARE DEAD they have no eMail!
I don't see any SAMSUNG center near me - and their ON LINE service is - so far! - not so good!
Just pity about this tablet..

Talk to me bro but not here i will try to help you because i already encounter this kind of issue before but i cannot 100% asure i can help you but i will try my best:)

When you say you inherited it, do you mean through legal channels, like a will? If so, the will should be adequate proof for a service center to reset it, in lieu of its receipt.

If it was an informal 'inheritance,' perhaps a close relative of the deceased can accompany you to the service center, taking along the will or other proof they're related to the owners--and they're dead. An obituary would probably help, especially if the person is named in it as a 'survived by' relative.
