Resizing images

Is there a way to make screenshots and other images bigger? I've noticed some of them are way too small. Would this be under pc settings or elsewhere?

I meant the pc. How would I do that with a phone, either? I guess the procedure's probably different.

Use IrfanView on the PC...

I second that! Great program and developer. When Irfan first released this back in the Ninties he said it was free and so it has remained.

Ok, I just downloaded it and it looks good. Now how do I use it? It says help at the top but that doesn't work.

Choose resize from the drop down menu, it should give you options
