Resizing Pics

I have an htc incredible and when i take a picture with my camera or download one from my email it stretches over all five screens. I've read on here that i can resize the pic without cropping it. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thank you.

PicSay Pro resizes to custum sizes.

What do you mean it stretches over "five screens"? I'm pretty sure the incredible only has 1 screen.

... but I haven't experience with it (because I have PicSay Pro )
