Resizing widgets HELP!

I have an Epic 4G using LauncherPro (free) and sometimes when I move a widget it resizes itself. How do I "accept" or "cancel out" of resizing so I don't have to restart LauncherPro each time?
 
Not quite sure what you mean; actually being able to resize widgets is a Pro Plus-only feature. Do you mean it's highlighted in an orange box, and you can't get out of that? Just hit the back button in those cases.
