Android Question

You said it's a dual SIM Phone, On most of the Chinsese dual SIM phones, the second SIM is GSM (2G) only, so if the Virgin SIM is a 3G one, it won't be recognized.
Have you tried the Virgin SIM in the first SIM slot?
If you have, is it recognized?
Another point, some of the cheaper Chinese dual-sSIM phones, even ones running Jelly Bean, only support GSM (2G) in both Sim slots.

Thanks Davdi.

I have tried the virgin SIM in the first slot but not recognised. I have tried the Tmobile in both slots and it is recognised. I called the virgin mobile customer service and they said the sim can work with both 2G and 3G, not sure about that as i had it for more yrs than i can remember and when i checked to see online how to check if it is 3G, the picture shows it to be 2G. They said they cant do more as the phone is just android not recognised name and i should contact the seller so would do that... thanks for your help. i tried to respond as guest since i ask the question as quest but not sure how to, tried to register and it says the software says my registration is recognised as spam so tried it this way to get back to you.. thanks again Davdi.
