Ya know, sometimes you just have to restart. Not a HARD reboot. Just restart your device. Things run much faster.

I started out with a Pocket PC years ago and with those it was just a daily event. Maybe even more often! Devices have improved so much that I'm thinking we have just forgotten about restarting our device. I was reminded of this yesterday when my phone was in slow motion. A quick restart and I was flying again!

That's because the memory in your phone didn't dump properly therefore your memory can only handle so much data. Of course when restarting your phone, the memory successfully dumped it and yes it is a good idea to restart your device every so often.
