I have an old backup made with ASUS PC Tool 1.0.0.6 that I need to restore to my Padfone 2 which I resurrected by replacing broken charging port and battery.
But when I plug in my Padfone, I only get options to backup, not restore.
How do I restore the backup?
I've tried to restore to another Asus device (Zenfone 4 2014, running KitKat), but I did only get images and contacts, not program data which is the important stuff.
The backup was most likely made having Android 4.3, prior to Kitkat upgrade. The resurrected Padfone 2 is running Android 4.1.
