I like my pantech, but was unimpressed with the lockscreen sounds. Here's how to restore stock lock screen sounds.
1. Using a root file browser/manager navigate to /system/media/audio/ui, here you'll find lock.ogg and unlock.ogg these are the stock android lock/unlock sounds.
2. copy these files to /system/media/audio/lock and unlock folders.
3. Now the system still won't see them even after a reboot so we'll have to trick the system into using them. delete/rename on of the existing sounds so the system won't see it, then rename the new sounds you just copied over to the same name of the file you just deleted/renamed.
4. Go to system settings > sounds > lockscreen sound and select the sound.
5. Finnally reboot and enjoy.
