Restore TV box from Google drive backup

Hi, I would like to retore a back up of a Q PLUS Android 9.0 TV BOX that is on my google drive but cant for the life of me see how to do it, any ideas please? If it was a phone it would be easy but I cant see how to do it on the box.

I dont need to reinstall the firmware just retore the apps and settings from the Google drive backup.
Is there a way of doing this?

Download the backup from Google drive to your computer and substitute the firmware in the guide?
I don't have your device so I'm only guessing

Thanks Danny , I sorted it by reset and reinstalling
The Android 9 TV box is great except when browsing in any browser the pointer disappears just below the toolbar on the browser.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera without success and replaced the standard remote with an MX3 Air mouse, it also exhibits the same behaviour with a wireless mouse.
Any ideas? Thanks
