a friend of mine has this phone and he was having problems. I told him to make sure everything was backed up with his gmail account, and factory restore it. well when we did it we also backed up to SD card. so when I went to do the contacts it said there was nothing on the SD Card. anyone know what I might be doing wrong
edit: I forgot to mention that he forgot or the password for his Gmail wasn't working. So we had to create a new Gmail. so resyncing from Gmail was not an option
